Chocolate-Coconut Scones - Brynn made them for Mother's Day and they were fantastic. I made them this morning. Subbed almond flour for half the all-purpose and used unsweetened coconut instead of sweetened. Next time I'll try with coconut oil instead of butter. Super tasty, light and flaky.
